Elegant and sophisticated, adorned and classy, characterized by numerous visions. From every single point you look at Federica, the only thing that shows through is beauty and linearity of the figure. The chosen type follows the realization of two cross-sectional, superimposed, cantilevered buildings that produce areas of shadow relentlessly looking for a geometric, static, counterposed equilibrium. Large glazed surfaces directed on each side of the building transform, in a very immediate way, the compositional need of annulment of the inside-outside effect, allowing the opening to the infinite, in the incessant search for light and heat. HOUSE LALLA
In Lalla the landscape value fits the project by looking for an interpretative mediation between created environments and the surrounding nature. The type of structure is based on the continuity of three sequential buildings slightly staggered, in which the central part acts as a compartment between the two side wings intended as sleeping quarters. The wide glazed partitions define the ongoing connection between internal and external environment, realizing a never-ending play of lights and colors. Use of glass, reduction of furniture, disappearance of a rigid space division, are all characteristics that make Lalla an open house, with no area of shadow, no filters, with great human and social virtues, personifying the loved one I was thinking of when I made this house and decided to dedicate it to her.

Technical description:
Lalla is ideal for couples, families with children and singles. Open line and large glazed walls on the central building realize a constant connection with the external environment. It is suitable in every kind of location: urban area, seaside, countryside, mountain. It is made of three buildings, a central one and two others on the sides, with outdoor pool and double living. In the central building there is the living area, a 80 square meters space that includes kitchen and living room. A self-supporting staircase made of carbon steel and glass surfaces leads to the upper floor, where the spa is situated. It's created from the garret area and it can be divided into two parts: on the left side there in an indoor pool, hot tube, Turkish bath and sauna, while on the right side a relaxing area, a half-bath and a changing room. The building to the right of the entrance door is composed by a bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, a personal studio and a bedroom for the service staff with en-suite bathroom or, in alternative, a laundry and ironing room. The building to the left includes a bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom and the master room, which is composed by two distinct walk-in closets and a large en-suite bathroom with a sunken bathtub. In addition, there is a half-bath for the living area. A long walkway that goes through all the architectural structure defines the internal habitable areas.
The usable floor area of the first floor is 300 square meters, while the usable floor area of the attic is 97 square meters.
HOUSE VENTO ALLEGRO
Open architecture, superimposed form, where the possibility of rationally combine various shapes makes Vento Allegro an unexpected architecture, spatial, ready for its launch, with large side wings (first floor) and a counterposed fuselage (second floor) that defines a static balance, with harmonious lines and shapes, functional to the indoor organization in an ongoing relationship with the surrounding nature. The light gives prominence to the used materials and defines the chromatic and superficial characters, but also the profundity. The created structure follows two orthogonal buildings with a jutting overlap in relation to the roofline.
External wood panelling, the chosen color of the surfaces in the prospects, the large glazed partitions on every side are all characteristics that soften and define the designed perspective stylization.

Vento Allegro is the perfect house for families with children, couples and singles.
It has a free form functional to the organization and distribution of the indoor spaces.
The indoor planimetric distribution is made of a large living room with view on three sides, personal studio, kitchen, a bedroom with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, hallway and a half-bathroom. A double covered outdoor living area and a swimming pool define both the indoor and the outdoor habitable spaces. A stairwell distributed on two large glazed partitions connects the first floor to the second floor, where you can find the sleeping area. It is composed by a master bedroom with annex walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and balcony access, a second bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom, a third bedroom with walk-in closet and private bathroom and annex balcony access.
The usable floor area of the first floor is 180 square meters, including the double outdoor living area. The second floor is 170 square meters of usable floor area, including the external terrace.
The total area of Vento Allegro is 350 square meters, including the outdoor areas.

....It's the most beautiful fairytale!! Generating mother of all the ideas....
This project, cuboid in shape, magnifies the purity and the essentiality of the geometric figure. Simple, delicate, elegant, quiet, dynamic, Anna is made of four walls differently characterized depending on the exposition, with only one triangular graft made of glass that leads you from the inside to the outside, almost timidly, to embrace everything that surrounds it. The internal planimetric distribution, researched and represented in the project, is a set of continuous geometric figures that stimulate socialization and daily life. Just one triangle placed in a almost imperceptible way is the key to understanding the project, symbol of harmony, proportion, divine representation and inner peace. It's for you, loving mother and projection of life..

Anna is the ideal house for couples, families with children and singles. Modern cubic line, large windows on the staircase structure and the counterposed elevations define a continuity with the surrounding environment. The planimetric composition of the first floor is composed by a large living room, where the staircase structure increases the beauty in an elegant and refined set design. The kitchen is designed inside a glazed cubic structure that goes vertically. It's possible from the upper floor to admire the kitchen in the conversation area, from which it's separated by a glass surface. The first floor is completed by a studio with glazed partitions, a bedroom with cupboard and annex en-suite bathroom and a half-bath. An external building intended as a garage and a swimming pool define both the indoor and the outdoor habitable spaces. On the second floor there is another living area with wide glass walls vertically extended, a terrace and a sunroof, placed on the top of the garage building. The remaining surface is dedicated to the sleeping quarters accessible from a walkway with view on the downstairs living room. There are in total three bedrooms: the first one has got an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, the second one an external private bathroom and walk-in closet and the third one, a very large bedroom, cupboard and en-suite bathroom.
The collected metric data are the following: the usable floor area of the first floor, including the garage area, is 218 square meters; the second floor is 136 square meters of usable floor area; the surface of both the terrace and the sunroof is equal to 60 square meters.
The total area of Anna, including the terrace spaces, is 414 square meters.
HOUSE S.MONICA
La tipologia segue la realizzazione di due corpi di fabbrica sovrapposti aggettanti con un ampio terrazzo proiettato al di fuori della verticalità assiale di prospetto. La distribuzione planimetrica interna di tutti gli ambienti, dotati di ampie aperture, definisce la capacità di trasmettere all'esterno il contenuto dell'edificio in rapporto continuo con la natura circostante.
Descrizione Tecnica:
La distribuzione planimetrica del piano terra è destinata alla zona relax, con piscina interna con ampie vetrate scorrevoli, da un centro benessere formato da una vasca con idromassaggio, bagno turco e sauna.
Si completa con un altro ambiente destinato all'accoglienza e all'ospitalità.
La distribuzione planimetrica del piano primo si compone dalla zona notte, zona giorno con cucina a vista, spazio relax e di un ampio terrazzo esterno adibito a giardino pensile.
Scenografia costruttiva unica di funzionalità ed estetica dove la natura si fonde nel disegno architettonico realizzato.
